We deliver smart, interactive training (and training resources) that engage learners and deliver results by aligning my business process and marketing experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
We look at learning as a layered approach - taking all opportunities to reinforce and create the opportunity for the process, information and/or skills to STICK.
Whether it's with virtual or face-to-face facilitation, e-learning, micro-learning videos or training aids (including digital forms/checklists), I have done it. I've even created SharePoint intranet sites to serve as a quick and easy resource for learners to navigate.
In addition, we know how to document and keep track of a learner's training history, utilizing learning management systems (LMS) for training compliance. We have managed training compliance for organizations of up to 6,500 learners.
