Designed, created and implemented a leadership learning strategy which included the Crescendo Leadership Institute Program.
Crescendo Leadership Level One, is an e-learning only path for enhancing supervisory skills. The completion of which was worksheets to be utilized with the supervisor's direct report, for one-to-one coaching and stretch projects to gain hands on experience for mastery.
Crescendo Leadership Level Two, was designed for leadership that was new to the company (new managers and assistant managers were automatically enrolled) and emerging leaders through application approval process.
Level Two was composed of:

8 weeks of virtual instructor led training (VILT)
"curb-side" or hands-on management skills checklist completed with their on-site or regional leadership (mentor)
The 8 week VILT session included 3 weeks of leadership skills (facilitated by me) and 5 weeks of industry specific and organizational management strategy training with executives within the company as the subject matter expert speakers.
Graduation from the different levels was celebrated within the organization. Level Two participants gained a 95% rate of promotion to more senior positions within one year of completion of the session. Four sessions per year were held.
At Girl Scouts, my training designs were almost always a train-the-trainer to first teach adults skills, and then, how to teach girls those skills. The learning style was usually "learning by doing" and the "carrot" for girls was receiving a patch or award for their efforts.
These are examples where I created training designs for the adults (see adult training design) and a patch program for the girls. The patch programs were designed for different age girls (not just "children"), from 6 to 18 years.
